ALS/1 is a multi-purpose working unit that can be installed inside a commercial vehicle or any vehicle equipped with power takeoff from the gearbox. GENTILI has developed this unit to improve the working performance of your mobile workshop in terms of effectiveness and cost.

The ALS/1 unit is hydraulically powered using the power generated by the vehicle engine. A pump is installed on the vehicle power take off which is connected to the gearbox. An electronic device keeps the engine revolution at the same rate (1700 rpm), both at “no load” and “full load” operations. The button box, accessoried with backlight switches, allows control of the various facilities during working operations.

Benefit resulting from the ALS/1 usage are as follow:

• 220V(AC) - 380V(AC) - 48V(DC) outlets available, with the possibility to carry out welding without petrol driven generators and specific portable welders
• There is no need to have a trailer or to clutter the van with unnecessary equipment
• Low emission of exhaust gas and noise level (within the standard requirements)
• Eliminates the need for carrying fuel (in cans) inside the van
• Allows the use of hydraulic and air compressed power tools

ALS/1 unit is made of the following essential parts:

Basic unit: in a few seconds it can power the tools available in your mobile workshop. The basic unit has three hydraulic outlets and is normally installed and fixed in the vehicle . The button box is movable ; it can be supplied with a cable 2 m long (minimum length).

Working unit: is an all-in-one facilities unit (power generator, welder and air compressor). The working unit can be installed on a sliding base to have it available at the side of your vehicle or, alternatively, supplied as completely portable.
